Mr. Espresso Fair Organic Guatemala CODECH – Women’s Lot, dark roast


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz amaretto liqueur*
  • 2 oz cold brew coffee, prepared with Guatemala CODECH, dark roast, chilled
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup (1:1)
  • mint sprig, garnish
  • crushed ice

*For an amaretto alternative, try Nardini Mandorla (almond grappa) with a dryer 50% abv (100proof) vs amaretto at approx. 30% abv


EQUIPMENT


  • 14 oz highball glass

DIRECTIONS


1 – Measure & add ingredients to highball glass with half of the ice. Stir.

2 – Add remaining ice and stir, again.

3 – Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
