Mr. Espresso Neapolitan Espresso Blend


INGREDIENTS


  • 2 oz Plantation Original Dark Rum
  • 2 oz eggnog
  • 1½ oz double shot Neapolitan Espresso Blend, 10 grams of turbinado sugar stirred in, and cooled to room temperature
  • 9 drops Xocolatl Mole Bitters

EQUIPMENT


  • 8 oz chilled cocktail glass

DIRECTIONS


1 – Measure & hard shake all ingredients with ice. (optional: Use blender instead of shaking for aerated, fluffy texture.)

2 – Double strain into chilled cocktail glass

3 – Garnish with grated nutmeg.
