Mr. Espresso Neapolitan Espresso Blend
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Plantation Original Dark Rum
- 2 oz eggnog
- 1½ oz double shot Neapolitan Espresso Blend, 10 grams of turbinado sugar stirred in, and cooled to room temperature
- 9 drops Xocolatl Mole Bitters
EQUIPMENT
- 8 oz chilled cocktail glass
DIRECTIONS
1 – Measure & hard shake all ingredients with ice. (optional: Use blender instead of shaking for aerated, fluffy texture.)
2 – Double strain into chilled cocktail glass .
3 – Garnish with grated nutmeg.
