- Neapolitan: Our signature blend reflects the coffee culture of Naples — Carlo’s birthplace. This is a medium-dark roast that uses from six to eight individually roasted beans to achieve complex and consistent flavors of dark chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel.
- Tuscan: A medium roast with elegant notes of sweet chocolate and butterscotch inspired by the style of espresso that is normally consumed throughout Tuscany.
- Triestino: Lighter bodied than the Tuscan or the Neapolitan, this blend is smooth and creamy. The rich, nut-toned flavors of this blend are accented by lively fruit notes, with Trieste’s longstanding ties to Austria coming through.
All of our beans are meticulously slow-roasted over a wood fire, then blended to reveal satisfying notes and well-balanced flavor to deliver masterfully produced espresso. Our traditional wood roasting process uniquely reduces the acidity and enhances the sweetness, which is a signature of Italian espresso.
