MUMAC Academy is the coffee training academy of Gruppo Cimbali, located in Binasco, near Milan, Italy. Gruppo Cimbali also owns the La Cimbali and Faema brands. Since its founding in 2014, MUMAC Academy has trained over 8,000 baristas thanks to the wide range of courses focused on Coffee, Products and Technology, Italian Hotel Management Schools (Istituti Alberghieri).
