Our thanks to Chef Tu for adapting and sharing this recipe using our Dark French Roast. We developed this darker roasted version of our French Roast blend especially for our friends and clients in the Bay Area’s Vietnamese community. Darker than dark, it’s perfect for traditional coffee brewed with a Phin filter. A lightly syrupy mouthfeel and low acidity allow this intensely flavorful coffee to both counter and complement rich desserts or the sweetened condensed milk in your favorite traditional Vietnamese coffee drink.
