“When we envisioned the coffee experience for Sky River Casino’s new pastry and coffee shop, Delights, there was only one choice: Mr. Espresso. Mr. Espresso’s deep-rooted legacy of traditional, Italian-style roasting and dedication to quality are simply unparalleled. We’re thrilled to build our experience around their exceptional roasts, knowing that every cup we serve is a testament to the shared passion for craft and a commitment to excellence that defines both of our brands.”

Kaywan Samadani, VP of Food and Beverage
Sky River Casino (Elk Grove, Calif.)

Our customers LOVE our coffee! We are using a custom Mr. Espresso dark roast blend. That roast is what I like best about working with Mr. Espresso, and the reliability and professionalism of the staff. The Mr. Espresso brand relates to Rudy’s well because we are a small, independent local business and we support and work with other excellent local small businesses. Serving delicious and appealing coffee drinks is a big part of what we do!”

I’ve been visiting Mexico for over 50 years, particularly Veracruz and Chiapas, where coffee is grown along the coast. I developed a deep appreciation for the distinct flavor profiles of Mexican coffee. At Picante, we wanted to honor and respect the rich history of Mexican cookery. Mr. Espresso helped us source beans from Chiapas. The Mexico Mayan Village beans, produced by Rosalba Cifuentes and the women farmers of Bella Vista, are now part of our drip coffee program, and they’re exceptional. It’s truly an honor for the restaurant to serve this coffee. Having tasted coffees from around the world, I always come back to Mr. Espresso. Their coffees are simply the best.

I absolutely love Mr. Espresso. Their espresso brings back the most comforting memories, like walking into my house as a kid and being greeted by my mom’s coffee brewing every morning. That fresh, aromatic, rich scent is exactly what Mr. Espresso delivers. Guests always notice, too! A lot of that magic comes from Mr. Espresso’s oak wood roasting. What makes it even more special is that it’s local. We love supporting local businesses, and Mr. Espresso is right here with us, sharing a vision of quality and authenticity. That connection being local, being fresh makes it feel like we’re part of something real.”

“Mr. Espresso offers some of the best coffee we’ve ever tasted. Beyond the incredible quality of the beans, we’ve also been consistently impressed by the strong leadership and positive company culture.”

As someone who lived in Italy for many years, Mr. Espresso’s Neapolitan Espresso reminds me of the espresso I would enjoy in Southern Italy: just dark enough, chocolatey-creamy, with balanced bitterness. This medium-dark roast helped me make it through the acidic third-wave in our city—when you could barely find an Italian-style shot anywhere—and has always been on steady rotation in my grinder’s hopper at home.
