TRAINING

Simply providing quality coffee is not enough, and we know that our meticulous efforts in sourcing and roasting fine coffee will be for naught if we are not diligent in providing the proper training to our wholesale accounts.

We have different levels of training for beginning and advanced baristas and our sessions take into consideration whether you are working in a restaurant, cafe or other establishment. Whether you are an existing operation that needs help, or a new business with a clean slate, we are careful to examine the specific set of circumstances under which you will be operating and give thoughtful consultation toward producing espresso and coffee drinks consistently and at their full potential.

EQUIPMENT AND TASTING

We realize your business is your passion and your soul, and that it is important for you to serve a product that is not only unique, but caters to a diversity of tastes.

Speak with a representative to discuss our selection of coffees, equipment, and brewing methods and determine which combination will work best for you. We use only the highest quality equipment from Faema, Iberital, Fetco, Bunn, and Mazzer and have a variety of "by the cup" options available.
