Sharp consistency, excellent cups

Mini g delivers consistent doses with sharp ±0.1 g weight accuracy (results may vary depending on conditions of use), ensuring quality at every extraction.  Key features: 

  1. Vibration Filtering Algorithm helps achieve consistent weight-based doses even in case of vibrations on the counter. 
  2. Professional built-in scale with an accuracy of a hundredth of a gram. 
  3. Actual weight of the ground coffee on display, for maximum dosing control.

Small footprint, powerful motor

Its compact, heavy-duty die-cast aluminum body is perfectly paired with a tailormade asynchronous motor designed for durability and enhanced grinding speed. The grinder delivers 2-2.5 g/s (data may vary depending on coffee and grind setting) and it can be activated through portafilter or Dosing Cup, for hands-free grinding.Mini g is easy to use and to maintain. In grind by weight mode, the grinder automatically adapts the dose. No need to manually weigh the grounds or readjust after changing the grind setting.

Factory fitted 233M burrs
Mini g is shipped standard with 233M bearing steel 64mm flat burrs, designed and manufactured in-house by Mazzer. These burrs deliver well balanced extractions, nice acidity and a velvety body. They are particularly suited to cut through milk.

ZZ Burrs (K202P) for clarity and articulated extractions (optional add-on)
These high-performance special steel burrs stand out for sweet, delicate extractions, soft flavours, silky texture and medium body. They perform well with light roasted coffees as they offer clarity, delicate acidity and enhanced sweetness. Designed and manufactured in-house by Mazzer.

About Mazzer

Mazzer is a family company based in the countryside near Venice. The company was founded by Luigi Mazzer between the two World Wars. The mechanic workshop wouldn’t be called “Mazzer” until 1948, when Luigi began producing professional grade coffee grinders and burrs. His son Giovanni took up the baton in 1988, bringing forth a new era of innovation. In 2023, the third generation, Luigi, joined the company.

Thanks to a highly specialized team of technicians and a workshop equipped with the latest technologies, Mazzer grinders continue to deliver exceptional coffee in more than 100 countries across five continents.
